How ADR Solution works:

I just wanted to give you a quick overview of how our deposit protection dispute service works, so you can get a better idea of whether it will be useful for you.
When you call, we discuss the claim with you in detail on the telephone, giving advice as to what can be claimed for and the types of evidence that you should be looking for. We then ask you to send the evidence to us, preferably by email, along with a detailed breakdown of how much they you want to claim and exactly what it is for.
Once we have the evidence we conduct a systematic analysis
of your claim. At this point we have a good idea of how strong your case is. We advise on how to strengthen the claim with additional evidence, and give a realistic appraisal of the outcome.
Once any additional evidence has been received, we compile the evidence into a file and systematically draft your statement, referencing the evidence in detail. We send the draft back to you to check over, because the statement is from you, so you have to be absolutely certain that it is 100% accurate. Once you are happy with it, we help you submit the statement and evidence to your deposit protection scheme in the usual manner.
The tenant will also have a chance to submit a statement and evidence. We will examine their case and draft a full reasoned response on your behalf.
When you get the decision there shouldn’t be any surprises because we will already have advised you on the likely outcome and the kind of reasoning employed by the adjudicators. If there is anything outstanding, we can advise you as to why the adjudicator arrived at the decision, and whether you have grounds to request a review of the decision.
